Interrogazione su alcune recenti iniziative da parte dell’Assessorato Politiche Giovanili

The undersigned councilors
CIRCUMSTANCES
That resolution no 24.02.10 61, the Board has fully accepted the proposal made by the "what the night" for the organization of the White Night of June 5, 2010;
RECALLED
That for the event, the Municipality has requested a contribution of € 30,000 to the Foundation Banca Popolare di Novara and € 30,000 to the Piedmont Region, in order to ensure financial coverage in the event;
RECALL
with subsequent resolution n.177 What the Government has partially amended the previous act (No. 61 ), with a new financial plan: costs for a total of € 71,457.60, for a total revenue of € 68,140. For this reason, the Executive has authorized the exercise of the administration of food and beverages for the duration of the White Night;
HIGHLIGHTED
That by Resolution No. 24.02.10 60 of the council has always fully accepted the proposal of the "what the night", with which the city of Novara attended the invitation of the Prime Minister and the ANC for interventions in favor of early work independently;
NOTING
That, according to news published in the press, including the head of the Association “Quelli che la notte” e l’Assessore Marnati risulterebbero legami di parentela;
RILEVATO
Che l’Assessore Marnati, titolare della delega alle politiche giovanili nel cui ambito rientrano tutte le delibere sopra richiamate, risulta presente alla seduta di Giunta del 24 febbraio scorso

INTERROGANO IL VICE-SINDACO

Per sapere:

1. Per quale ragione non sia stata bandita una procedura pubblica per l’organizzazione della Notte bianca;

2. Per quale ragione non sia stata attivata una procedura pubblica per la presentazione del progetto del Comune di Novara per il Bando Presidenza Consiglio Minister / Anci;
