Si annuncia una seduta tesa: il centro-sinistra contesta la decisione, imposta dalla maggioranza, in merito alla composizione dell'ordine del giorno. E' consuetudine, infatti, che in occasione delle scadenze di bilancio: preventivo, consuntivo, assestamento ed equilibri il Consiglio sia interamente dedicato alle delibere di bilancio e non vengano inserite nell'ordine del giorno nè altre proposte della Giunta nè la risposta alle interrogazioni.

Il Comune respinge la proposta della Provincia sul dimensionamento della rete scolastica

Questo pomeriggio, nella III Commissione consiliare del Comune di Novara l'Assessore all'Istruzione, Raimondo Giulano, ha incassato il sostanziale ed unanime dissenso di tutti i gruppi politici ad accorpare l'Istituto Tecnico Commerciale " Bermani " ad una scuola di base.

La "stravagante" proposta della Provincia, che per evitare la perdita dell'autonomia del "Bermani" intende accorparla in una prima ipotesi alla Scuola Secondaria di 1° grado "Pier Lombardo" e poi alla scuola Secondaria di 1° grado "Duca d'Aosta", ha raggiunto un inedito successo: sia la maggioranza Pdl-Lega sia il centro-sinistra non la considerano una soluzione da accogliere.

Proprio non si capisce la ragione per la quale un Istituto superiore debba essere annesso ad una scuola di un altro ordine, quando la sua naturale collocazione è proprio l'associazione all'Istituto Tecnico Commerciale "Mossotti". La legge, infatti, prevede sì l'ipotesi caldeggiata dall'Assessore provinciale all'Istruzione, ma limitandola a situazioni eccezionali che non ricorrono nel nostro caso.

Pur di evitare il matrimonio Bermani/Mossotti, l'Amministrazione Provinciale ha prima pensato di inserire la scuola superiore- che conta 380 alunni (molto al di sotto della soglia minima dei 500 per godere dell'autonomia)- in una nuova Istituzione insieme alla "Pier Lombardo" e poi, a fronte delle proteste dei docenti e dei genitori di quest'ultima, in una nuova Istituzione con la scuola secondaria di 1° grado "Duca d'Aosta".

La "stravagante" proposta della Provincia, che per evitare la perdita dell'autonomia del "Bermani" intende accorparla in una prima ipotesi alla Scuola Secondaria di 1° grado "Pier Lombardo" e poi alla scuola Secondaria di 1° grado "Duca d'Aosta", ha raggiunto un inedito successo: sia la maggioranza Pdl-Lega sia il centro-sinistra non la considerano una soluzione da accogliere.

Proprio non si capisce la ragione per la quale un Istituto superiore debba essere annesso ad una scuola di un altro ordine, quando la sua naturale collocazione è proprio l'associazione all'Istituto Tecnico Commerciale "Mossotti". La legge, infatti, prevede sì l'ipotesi caldeggiata dall'Assessore provinciale all'Istruzione, ma limitandola a situazioni eccezionali che non ricorrono nel nostro caso.

Pur di evitare il matrimonio Bermani/Mossotti, l'Amministrazione Provinciale ha prima pensato di inserire la scuola superiore- che conta 380 alunni (molto al di sotto della soglia minima dei 500 per godere dell'autonomia)- in una nuova Istituzione insieme alla "Pier Lombardo" e poi, a fronte delle proteste dei docenti e dei genitori di quest'ultima, in una nuova Istituzione con la scuola secondaria di 1° grado "Duca d'Aosta".

- DD Club IV, including nursery schools "Bottacchi", "Collodi", "Citadel" and primary schools "Bottacchi", "Tommaseo", "Bazzoni" and "Levi"

- Secondary School 1st grade "Lombard"

With an organic vision of perspective, supported by adequate funding, it could turn even those in comprehensive schools to make uniform and functional delivery of the education service in the city.

I Woke Up & My Knee Was Hurting

Dal Consiglio comunale uno schiaffo ai novaresi

Ieri il Consiglio comunale di Novara ha dato uno schiaffo ai 6075 cittadini novaresi che nelle scorse settimane avevano sottoscritto il referendum per l'acqua pubblica.

Grazie ai voti di Lega Nord e Pdl, l'assemblea di Palazzo Cabrino ha respinto la mozione- primi firmatari i consiglieri comunali di Sinistra Ecologia Libertà Alfredo Reali e Nicola Fonzo- che dichiarava l'acqua come bene comune pubblico e per il mantenimento pubblico della gestione del servizio idrico integrato. I 4 voti favorevoli (Reali, Fonzo, Ierace e Laccisaglia) si sono scontrati con il muro invalicabile dell'alleanza del centro-destra. Mentre a Roma e sui vari giornali, i padani tuonano perchè il controllo delle risorse pubbliche resti nelle mani dei rappresentanti delle comunità locali, a Novara non esitano a cambiare bandiera pur di salvaguardare la scricchiolante coalizione con il Pdl. Interessi di bottega hanno preso il sopravvento sui principi generali.

Sapranno chi ringraziare, tra qualche mese, elettrici ed elettori della nostra città. Di certo, non i voltagabbana!
